with my over abundance of apples ~ i took the time to bake up some tasties that would use up a bit more of my efforts. Above is my mothers French Apple Pie, below that is my rendition of my dad's apple-sausage stuffing (minus the sausage of course, but glowing bright is the fake bacon!), and below that...carnival squash stuffed with apple-bread stuffing.
