this was going to be garlic & green chile jelly...but it never set and i am to much of a beginner to figure out what i should have done to help it. It was a 24 hour draining session of apples, chile & garlic, followed by a rapid boil with sugar and vinegar ~ somehow it just looked like shit so i dumped it:)
cracking open cardamom pods to get the teeny tiny seeds within ~ monkey's work i tell ya.
