pups need presidents too

in my post farkle haze today...i pondered if pups needed presidents? My conclusion was that maybe not so much would they need one to rule all, but just simply someone to step in and get the job done when their dew claws went south. Heck, as president i am going to celebrate by making some puppum plates full of goodness. Figuring that they can indeed grab their babies when wanted, snuggle in the down sleeping bags when needed and certainly beg to no end when food is in site. But what they can't do is fix their own meal. Bobby and Daphne sat graciously while i prepped, mashed & mixed the parsley & garlic potatoes and poached the spine and remnants of salmon left over from our large filleted fish. Cooked Salmon is just as healthy for your dogs as it is for you,

one word of warning: any salmon skin or meat given to dogs MUST be fully cooked as some pacific northwest salmon can carry a fatal parasite to dogs.
