knead, bake, pedal

thursday nights are when we clock in for bagel fridays. at 7pm we are allowed into the pub so that Bob can mix, knead, form and retard all 72 bagels for baking in the morning. While he gets all floury, i prep ingredients for anything special we choose to have on the menu, or in this case...i stay home with an adult drink, print up the menu and post new items on the blog:). Bob and i are really excited about our new mega hauling bicycle that we got and both took quick advantage of her today whilst picking up food & drinks.
